Both. The Core Tier is built for single location gyms and studios that need a clean system installed and running. The Growth Tier is designed for gyms scaling across multiple locations or running campaigns for more than one offer at the same time. We scope the campaign structure on your growth call.
How fast will we see leads coming in?
Paid campaigns typically go live in weeks three to four after onboarding and setup. From launch, most clients see initial lead volume within the first seven to ten days. Lead quality and volume improve through weeks five to eight as we test and optimise creative. By the end of the 90 day sprint you have a fully optimised system, not just one that has been switched on.
What is not included in the retainer?
Ad spend is paid directly to the platforms and is not included. We recommend a minimum of $2,000 per month for campaigns to run at effective volume, though cost per lead varies by market across the GCC. Your ESP or CRM licence is also paid by you directly. Landing page development and content production are not included in the retainer but are both available as add ons. We write all ad copy, adapt your existing content, and produce UGC briefs within the retainer.
